We recently completed an asphalt stamping job for the town of Bessemer City. They asked us to install five crosswalks to help dress up their downtown. We stamped the asphalt of the crosswalk in a herringbone design using street coating type paint. We used street coating type paint because it is known for its durability for heavy street use and should last at least five to ten years without having to be repainted. Asphalt stamping is a quick way to enhance the appearance of any asphalt; we are proud to be a part of the beautification of the Town of Bessemer City.

Recently, we installed reinforced concrete to one of our customers in Charlotte. This particular customer wanted to install an operator lifting device to assist in unloading materials. Their current process was for each product to be unloaded by hand. We determined that in order for them to be able to use the operator lifting device, the concrete underneath would need to be reinforced with rebar and a thicker layer of concrete. First, we excavated the existing concrete (5′ x 5′ x 4″) section. Next, we reinforced with rebar at 12″ on center and re-poured concrete (5′ x 5′ x 12″).

PSNC recently hired Clear-View, Inc. for a parking lot project because they were looking to map out docking lines for truckers to use during delivery and take off. They wanted someone to complete the job quickly and do a quality job. Our work improved the aesthetics of the new warehouse facility as well as helped improve the communication of parking standards and flow of traffic.
As part of the scope of work, we striped the loading docks as well as a “No Parking” zone for loading area. We also striped arrows for directional purposes for visitor safety. The arrows are to help the flow of traffic.

The concrete floors in fire departments get a lot of wear and tear in their time. If not maintained, cracks can form and the lines can fade or sustain damage. With our fire department parking lot maintenance and repair services, we grind the concrete surfaces and use high visibility street coat paint for the lines. The lines are in-laid into the concrete, making them durable and long-lasting. See the pictures below for examples of our work and feel free to contact us for a free estimate!
