This project consisted of a bollard installation in Charlotte to replace an old one which had been damaged and repaired multiple times. It was originally installed by another contractor at a depth of 1′, which was not deep enough. To top it off, the bollard is located on the corner of a mini-storage building, where many people are navigating the parking lot with trucks and trailers, making it very likely to be backed into or swiped.
A local college in Belmont, NC, noticed a water leak originating underneath a concrete sidewalk on their campus. They contacted us to fix the leak and do the concrete repair. We started off by excavating the existing sidewalk and located the source of the leak. We then repaired the 3″ water line which was approximately 4′ below grade. Then we formed and repoured the new concrete sidewalk with a framed finish.

These Charlotte homeowners had a plumbing issue that necessitated cutting out a portion of their driveway to access the pipes belowground. After the plumbing repairs were complete, they contacted us to repair the area around the hole. As you can see in the photos, the concrete was cracked and sunk in the middle. They decided it was best to replace the entire section.
