Clear-View, Inc. recently had the opportunity to assist a local church in Belmont with an important parking safety project. Due to limited parking for the size of the congregation, members had been parking along the curbs, creating traffic flow issues and potential safety concerns. To help address this, we were called in to paint and clearly mark the curbing as “NO PARKING” to prevent future congestion and improve overall safety for churchgoers.

Clear-View Inc. recently completed an asphalt patching project at a private school in Kings Mountain in Cleveland County, NC, ensuring a safer and smoother drop-off lane for students and staff. Over the winter, harsh weather conditions caused potholes to develop in the heavily used lanes, creating potential hazards. While the asphalt is nearing the end of its lifespan, our team provided a durable patching solution to extend its usability through the school year. By addressing these problem areas now, we’ve helped the school maintain safe and functional pavement until a full replacement can be completed.

Recently, we had the opportunity to complete an asphalt repair project for a site in Dallas, NC. The property had experienced a large water leak that required significant plumbing work, necessitating the cutting and removal of asphalt to access and fix the issue. Once the plumbing repair was complete, our team stepped in to restore the damaged pavement and ensure a seamless result.

Clear-View, Inc. recently completed an essential bollard installation project at a mini-storage facility in the Charlotte area. This project arose from a unique challenge: clients were driving all the way up to the facility’s sliding glass doors, with some even attempting to drive inside to unload their belongings. This not only posed a safety risk but also threatened potential damage to the facility’s new sliding glass doors.

Recently, we tackled a challenging project in Belmont, NC, where the exterior of a building had been dealing with flooding issues for over five years. Medium to heavy rains would overwhelm the area, causing water to pool near the side entry door and intrude into the building—a frustrating and costly problem for the property owners.

At Clear-View, Inc., we recently wrapped up a concrete project at a local carwash in Charlotte, NC, designed to improve efficiency and durability. This project, completed in October, involved replacing an outdated trench drain—critical to the carwash’s daily operations. Our team tackled the job with precision, removing the old drain, excavating the area, and installing a brand-new trench drain that would enhance water flow and reduce wear.

At Clear-View Inc., we recently completed a concrete project in Dallas, NC that showcases our commitment to durability and precision. Our client needed a long-lasting, stable solution for their dumpster area, so we were brought in to excavate, form, and pour a concrete pad that would meet their needs and protect their property.

Recently, Clear-View, Inc. had the opportunity to work with American Airlines at their Charlotte location, where they needed a mixed-use ramp added to one of their entrances. This project called for precision, durability, and a commitment to safety.

The ramp, approximately 8 feet wide by 12 feet long, was designed to handle mixed-use traffic while ensuring accessibility. At the top, the ramp was poured at a robust 8-inch thickness, gradually tapering down to 4 inches at the bottom to ensure structural integrity and smooth elevation transitions.

For this project, our team was tasked with a variety of improvements that included excavating and light grading to prepare the site. We added new asphalt to areas where old landscaping had previously been, creating a clean and seamless look.
